Just wanted to share a Luscious Lunch that I made today for Glyn and I from bits and pieces that I had in the house already. I was going to make a pizza but I didn’t have all the ingredients I needed and, as it was Easter Sunday, all the supermarkets were shut. Last Weekend, Glyn and I went north to beautiful Yorkshire as I was giving a campervan cooking demo at The Harrogate Motorhome Show. There were some unusual vehicles at the show and we inevitably bought new bits of kit for the van at the stalls. We arrived a couple of days early to explore the area a bit first and really enjoyed our day in Harrogate (serious cake as you will see later)….
